By using SiteScan.top you agree to scan only sites you own or have permission to test, to use credits in good faith, and to accept that reports are informational — not legal or compliance guarantees.

Executive summary
1. Acceptance of terms
By running a scan, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. If you are using SiteScan.top on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Acceptable use
You may only scan websites that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to test. You may not use SiteScan.top to attack, overload, or disrupt any service, or to access areas of a site not intended for public access.
Automated, high-volume scanning intended to degrade the service for others is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
3. Credits and billing
Credits are purchased in packs and consumed by running audits according to each audit type's credit cost. Credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used.
Prices and credit costs may change. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.
4. Reports and intellectual property
You own the audit reports generated for your scanned sites and may use them internally or share them as you see fit. SiteScan.top retains ownership of the underlying analyzer logic, algorithms, and service software.
5. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and incidents are published on our status page. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, unused credits remain available for a grace period of 30 days before the account is fully removed.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SiteScan.top operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
