Privacy policy
We only access publicly available pages on your site, store audit results encrypted at rest, and never sell your data. You can delete your audit history at any time.

Executive summary
1. Information we collect
When you run an audit, SiteScan.top accesses only the publicly available pages of the target website — the same pages any visitor can reach. We do not require or store credentials for the scanned site.
To provide the service, we collect: the URL you submit, the pages and resources our crawler fetches, the diagnostic results generated, and basic account information (email address) if you create an account.
2. How we use information
Audit data is used to generate your reports and to improve the accuracy of our analyzers. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (such as the number of sites scanned) may be displayed publicly in our community feed.
We do not use the content of your scanned pages to train external models, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Audit results are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel and is logged. We retain audit results for the lifetime of your account unless you delete them.
You can delete individual audits or your entire audit history at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
4. Third-party services
We rely on infrastructure providers for compute, storage, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under written agreements and are bound to confidentiality obligations.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Where applicable under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, you also have the right to data portability and to object to certain processing.
To exercise any right, email support@sitescan.top and include the email address associated with your account.
6. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be announced in advance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
