Frequently asked questions
- How do tokens work?
- Tokens are the balance in your account. Every check spends one token per page the scanner actually read, and only when the check finishes. Buy them in packs and they wait on the balance until you use them.
- How many pages does one check read?
- You choose it per site in the account panel — 5, 20, 100, 1000 or all the links — up to the scanner's limit per check, which the panel shows. A check never reads more pages than the balance pays for.
- Is there anything free?
- Yes. A scan from the home page is free, needs no account and reads up to 5 pages. A new account also starts with 100 tokens.
- Do tokens expire?
- No, tokens never expire. Buy them once and use them whenever you need a check.
- Can I get a refund?
- We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any of the tokens. Contact support for assistance.
